  • I’m a certified integrative health and mindfulness coach with nearly 20 years of global experience. My path began in China, where I first encountered the healing power of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and continued through Asia, teaching, practicing yoga, and meditating with monks. These experiences shaped my deep belief in holistic health and the power of mindfulness to transform lives.
